The Acrylic paints used to paint with.
Blank Babies and a bottle of clear nail polish for later on.
First I paint in the eye whites and when dry add the eye color and let dry about 30 minutes.
This shows the eye colors and mixing the lip color using red and white and a bit of brown to tone with.
Here the eye brows are finished, the eyes have the black circle added and a small white dot is added as a light highlight, make sure you place this in the same position on both eyes. The lips are also tinted with acrylic and the painting is finished, now for the blushing after the paint is dry.
Hold the baby(with a toothpick in the armhole to hang onto it better) about 12 inches away from the spray can and do it where the air is quiet, outside is good or in a garage or shop. This is flameable so do not point toward heaters or open flames ever!!! Use quick short bursts and turn the baby so all of it gets covered. Poke the tooth pick in some styrolfoam if it is wet(not advised but can happen on first ones. The baby will not be shiny if done correctly so less is best.
Let set about 10 minutes then if you wish to have a wet looking eye and mouth use a tiny brush to add drop of clear nail polish to each eye holding baby upside down so polish will dome some. Then lips and tongue can be done with a small amount. set baby aside and blush the arms and legs in the creases and between toes and fingers putting most on the bottoms of hands on the palm and bottom of the feet. Spray and let dry and you are done with your baby! Have fun!
Don't breathe the fumes if possible either.
